Yes. You can create a Free account and test Amevia without adding a payment method. Upgrade only when you need higher limits or paid capabilities.

What counts as an AI conversation?

Accepted Answer

An AI conversation is one visitor thread with the Amevia agent — from the first message until the chat is closed or completed. Several visitor messages and replies in the same thread count as one conversation. Closing and continuing later starts a new conversation.

What are indexed pages?

Accepted Answer

Indexed pages are website pages that Amevia has imported and prepared as approved knowledge for the agent. Examples include product pages, service pages, FAQs, policies and support content. Only pages that are successfully imported and retained in the knowledge base count toward the plan limit.

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

Accepted Answer

You will see usage warnings in the dashboard as you approach 70% and 90% of your monthly conversation limit. At 100%, new visitor conversations are paused until the next billing period or until you upgrade. Website and indexed-page limits block new sites or imports when reached.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can start with Free and move to Starter or Growth as usage increases. Existing paid subscribers keep their current Stripe price until you change plan in billing or we notify a price update.

We can scope Agency or Enterprise around white-label branding, partner packaging, higher usage, tailored integrations and deeper website intelligence. Custom work may include visitor journey analytics, conversion funnels, heatmaps and advanced reporting. These capabilities are custom-scoped and are not automatically included in standard plans.
