1.Agreement to these Terms
Browsing public content on getamevia.com may be subject to general website use. Creating an Amevia account, configuring a workspace or using the Amevia product constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
If you use Amevia for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. The Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific terms are incorporated by reference where appropriate. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the product.

Amevia is an AI website-agent platform that connects approved website knowledge, visitor conversations and useful actions. Features may include website scanning, knowledge management, agent configuration, a visitor widget, conversations, lead capture, recommendations, analytics and insights, and custom services where available and enabled.
Features marked as Beta, Development, Concept or Future in the product may change and are not guaranteed.
3.Eligibility
Amevia is intended primarily for businesses, professionals and organizations. Users must have legal capacity to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, comply with applicable law, have authority to act for the relevant organization, and not be prohibited from receiving the service.
Amevia is not designed as a consumer service for children.
4.Accounts and workspaces
An Amevia account may be created with a name, organization name, work email and password. Organization workspaces are used to manage connected websites and agents. You must keep credentials secure, keep account details accurate and not share accounts improperly. The account owner is responsible for activity under the account and should notify Amevia about unauthorized access.
Session cookies and email-verification behavior may apply where authentication and email delivery are configured. Where workspace membership or team access is available, access permissions follow the then-current product configuration.
5.Customer websites and authority
Customers must own or have authority to connect each website, install the widget, scan or submit website content, comply with website-provider and platform rules, obtain any visitor notices or consent required, maintain an appropriate privacy notice, and not connect websites they do not control.
Amevia may require domain, script, metadata or another verification method. A successful technical verification does not transfer ownership or establish legal authority.
6.Website content and knowledge
Customer Content includes website pages, FAQs, product and service information, policies, documents, manual knowledge, instructions, brand assets and agent configuration that you submit or connect.
You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Dioartis Grup SRL a limited licence to access, copy, process, format, index, store, display and retrieve Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the configured service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights. Do not submit unlawful content, infringing material, confidential data without authorization, malware, misleading or fraudulent content, credentials or secrets, or highly sensitive personal data unless specifically supported and agreed.
7.AI website-agent functionality
Amevia uses automated systems and may use third-party AI providers where configured. Responses are generated from available knowledge, configuration and visitor context. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. Amevia may misunderstand visitor intent. Citations or sources, where shown, do not guarantee correctness.
Customers are responsible for reviewing important content and configuration. Amevia is not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
Amevia may offer fallback, clarification or contact actions, but these do not guarantee correct escalation. A production AI provider is not currently configured; when one is configured, related provider terms may also apply.
8.Visitor conversations and leads
Customers choose whether to enable the widget and lead capture. Visitors may submit messages and contact details voluntarily. Conversations may be stored in the customer workspace, and lead information may be linked with conversation context where enabled.
Customers are responsible for their use of visitor and lead data, for providing appropriate privacy information, and for not configuring Amevia to collect information unlawfully. Plan-based retention settings may apply. Live human handoff is not currently presented as an available product capability unless separately enabled and documented.
Customers must not use Amevia to collect passwords, payment-card data, authentication secrets, government identifiers or other highly sensitive data unless expressly supported and agreed.
9.Acceptable use
You may use Amevia only for lawful business and website-agent purposes. You must follow applicable law, respect intellectual-property rights, respect privacy and data-protection requirements, provide accurate product and website information, secure your accounts, use reasonable request volumes, follow plan and technical limits, cooperate with security investigations, and avoid misleading visitors about the agent’s nature.
Customers should disclose that visitors are interacting with an automated agent where required or appropriate.
10.Prohibited content and activity
Without limitation, the following are prohibited:
- illegal activity, fraud or deception;
- phishing, credential harvesting, malware or spam;
- unauthorized surveillance, harassment, abuse or exploitation;
- infringement or impersonation;
- bypassing access controls or reverse engineering where lawfully prohibited;
- scraping or automated extraction outside permitted product use;
- excessive requests that damage service stability;
- reselling without permission;
- using the service to build or train a competing model from protected output;
- attempts to access another customer’s data;
- unauthorized collection of sensitive personal information;
- fully automated high-impact decisions without lawful safeguards;
- unlawful discrimination;
- dangerous or illegal instructions;
- content that exploits minors.
11.Plans, limits and usage
Public plans currently include Free, Starter, Growth and Custom. Plans may limit websites, AI conversations, indexed pages, retention, scans, integrations, branding, analytics, support and other capabilities. Plan details are described on the Pricing page and in the product.
Limits are measured according to Amevia’s usage system. An AI conversation is a visitor session that includes one or more messages with the Amevia agent. Indexed pages are pages from your website that Amevia may use when answering visitor questions. Exceeding limits may pause or restrict affected features, and you may need to upgrade. Abuse or unusually costly use may be restricted.
Amevia does not currently promise automatic paid overages. Do not treat any plan as unlimited unless the then-current plan documentation expressly says so.
12.Paid plans and billing
No paid subscription is created until you are shown and accept the applicable price and billing terms. When billing is enabled, this section will describe frequency, currency, taxes, renewals, invoices, failed payments, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation and any refund policy that then applies.
13.Free plans, trials and promotions
The Free plan is a limited free plan, not a temporary trial. Free limits may change. Unused free usage has no cash value. Abuse of multiple accounts may be restricted. Trials or promotions, if offered later, may have additional terms.
14.Custom services
Custom services may include higher limits, custom integrations, visitor journey analytics, funnels, heatmaps, tailored reporting, implementation support and specialized workflows.
Custom capabilities require a separate written scope or agreement. Availability is not guaranteed. Estimates are not binding until accepted. Custom pricing, timing, deliverables, support and ownership terms may differ. Custom features are not automatically part of standard plans.
15.Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for connected websites, content accuracy, permissions, privacy notices, visitor consent, legal basis, agent instructions, prohibited topics, product and service claims, lead follow-up, reviewing important outputs, keeping account details secure, maintaining backups of important original content, and complying with applicable law.
Amevia does not verify every statement, product claim, policy or instruction submitted by a customer.
16.Intellectual property
Amevia and Dioartis Grup SRL retain rights in their software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, product content, improvements, trademarks and any models or orchestration logic they own. Customers retain rights in Customer Content. Visitors retain rights they hold in submitted content, subject to the limited processing rights needed to provide the service.
Subject to these Terms, customers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Amevia during the active account or subscription. These Terms do not claim ownership of third-party provider models.
17.Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product ideas or feedback, you permit Dioartis Grup SRL to use them for product development without payment or restriction, provided this does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or Customer Content.
18.Third-party services
Amevia may depend on hosting, database, AI, email, analytics, monitoring, payment and platform integrations where configured. Third-party services have their own terms. Their availability may affect Amevia. Amevia does not control every third-party service. Customers remain responsible for third-party platforms they connect, and integration availability may change.
Vendor names are published only when confirmed and approved for public disclosure.
19.Availability and product changes
Amevia may be modified. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed. Beta, development and planned features are not guaranteed. Maintenance and outages may occur. No specific uptime SLA exists unless separately agreed in writing. Some capabilities depend on configured providers. Product previews may differ from final production behavior.
Amevia will try to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without reasonable notice where practical. Uninterrupted service is not promised.
20.Suspension and termination
Amevia may suspend or restrict access for security risk, illegal activity, abuse, non-payment where billing is enabled, excessive or harmful usage, violation of these Terms, a third-party provider requirement, risk to infrastructure, reputation or other users, or a legal request.
Customers may stop using Amevia and request account closure. Immediate deletion is not promised where retention, backup, security or legal obligations apply. Effects of suspension or termination may include loss of access, stopped widget functionality and later deletion of stored data after applicable retention. Legal and payment obligations that survive may continue.
21.Data and privacy
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement. Customers must provide privacy information to their visitors. The Security & privacy page summarizes product security and provider status.
22.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amevia is provided on an “as available” basis. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation; no guarantee that AI output is complete or correct; no guarantee of conversions, sales, leads or business outcomes; no guarantee that every page will be scanned; no guarantee that integrations will remain available; no professional advice; and no guarantee that Amevia will identify all security, compliance or content issues.
23.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dioartis Grup SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising from use of Amevia.
Any aggregate liability cap will be defined in the final legally reviewed Terms and, for paid or custom services, may also be stated in the applicable order or agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
24.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a business customer may be responsible for claims arising from Customer Content, connected websites, unlawful visitor-data collection, violation of third-party rights, misuse of Amevia or breach of these Terms.
These indemnification provisions are intended for business customers and require legal review before paid public launch. They are not intended as an overbroad indemnity automatically applied to consumers where that would be inappropriate or unlawful.
25.Governing law and disputes
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected. These Terms do not currently impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
26.Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change with product, legal or provider changes. The Last updated date will change when updates are published. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where legally permitted. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
