Logging out is the right finish on a shared office PC, demo laptop or support kiosk. It prevents the next person from opening your Websites, Conversations and billing.
Log out
- From any dashboard page, open the user menu (your profile or initials)
- Choose Log out
- Confirm you land on Login or a signed-out marketing page
- On a shared device, close the browser tab or window as well
What logout does and does not do
- Logout ends this browser session — other devices stay signed in until they time out or you log out there too
- Your live widget and visitor chats are unaffected; only dashboard access stops
- If the menu is missing, you may already be signed out — open Login and confirm
