Email notifications tell your team about new leads and important workspace events without leaving the dashboard open all day.
Configure alerts
- Sign in and open Account from the user menu
- Confirm your account email is verified — see Verify your email
- Enable or disable notification categories shown for your plan (such as new leads)
- Save changes and trigger a test lead in Preview if you want to confirm delivery
If mail stops arriving
- Check spam, promotions and quarantine folders
- Confirm toggles are still on after account updates
- Corporate filters may block automated mail — allow mail from Amevia
- Multiple teammates need alerts — each person manages their own Account settings
