Scans are point-in-time. Edits on your CMS, new product pages or removed policies do not flow into Knowledge until you scan again and publish updates.
Your plan controls how often you can scan and whether rescans are manual. Check Billing or Pricing if scans are throttled.
Refresh knowledge
- Publish content changes on your live website first
- Open the website in Amevia and go to Scan or Overview
- Start a new scan and wait until it completes
- Open Knowledge — compare imported pages to what changed on the site
- Publish new or updated pages; unpublish or remove entries you no longer want quoted
When to rescan
- After pricing, policy or shipping updates visitors ask about
- When Preview agent quotes outdated facts
- Before a marketing launch if many new URLs went live
