What happens when a limit is reached?

What to expect when websites, conversations or indexed pages hit your plan cap.

Each plan publishes intended maximums for websites, monthly AI conversations and indexed pages. Hitting a cap does not delete your workspace — it affects what you can add or run until usage drops or you upgrade.

If you see a limit warning

  1. Open Billing or usage in the dashboard and identify which meter tripped — websites, conversations or indexed pages
  2. Read the on-screen message — it usually states whether you can still view data or only add new usage
  3. For conversation caps, wait for the monthly reset or upgrade before a busy period
  4. For indexed pages, unpublish or remove low-value Knowledge entries, then re-check usage
  5. Choose Upgrade your plan if the cap will stay too low for production traffic

Reduce usage temporarily

  • Disconnect staging sites you no longer need under Websites
  • Trim unpublished or duplicate Knowledge before requesting more indexed slots
  • Pause heavy Preview testing if conversations are nearly exhausted
